How do I fill up my address book?
Import contacts from your phone, share your Tidybook link for others to fill in their info, add contacts manually, or mix and match all of the above!
Can somebody else send out my Tidybook link?
Only those with your unique Tidybook link can use it, so share it only with those you want info from. Rest assured, only you can access your address book—others can add info but not retrieve it.
Can I export my address book information?
Absolutely. It’s your information, you can have it whenever you like. Simply select the contacts you want to export (or Select All), click "Export," and we'll email you a link to download the CSV with *all* of their information.
Is there a limit on how many texts I can send through Tidybook?
Yes; you can send up to 15 batch information request texts per month on the free tier, or upgrade to a Pro membership to send more. However, you can send individual texts or share your new contact collector link as much as you like!
How does the address collector link work?
To collect new contacts, you’ll share your unique Tidybook link with friends and family and the link will take them to your address request form. Once they fill it out, their info will be added to your free Tidybook address book! You can also have Tidybook send update links to existing contacts so they can refresh their details themselves. Ta-da!
Is my address book information secure?
Yes. Your privacy is paramount. Your and your friends' information are used for your address book only - nothing else. Our goal is to provide a secure place for you to store your contacts. Read our Privacy Policy for more.

What contact data do you import from and sync to my phone contacts?
We import & update the following: first name, middle name, last name, prefix, suffix, company, job title, and all phone numbers, emails, and addresses. We do not import or update your contacts' birthdays, notes, list data, or any other fields not listed above.
